Our home has a second, smaller living area where the back door comes in, and where you go out to the garage. It’s a narrow space that we use for a “mudroom”/ living room combo. It’s also been a hard room to style and decide what we want to do with. We have moved furniture in, moved some back out, and rearranged more times than I can count!
There is a good sized amount of wall space in this room that houses a beautiful clock that we received as a wedding gift. However, by itself, it just looked blah. I started planning out a gallery wall, and when Brandon hung up the photos, it still just didn’t look right to me. Over the weekend, I started back at square one, drawing out another plan, incorporating more photos and other little knick-knacks that tell our family story. Here’s where I am drawing inspiration from:
I’m excited for the finished product (round 2!) and Brandon will just be happy when it’s just the way I want it so I will stop drawing things out for him to redo.
Do you have a gallery wall in your home? Did it take you awhile to get it JUST right?
