It was a busy week last week which is why I am just now getting to my goals for March. Let’s go back to February and see how I did:
Finish setting up my office. Yes! It is complete at this point, I am just still decorating here and there. A full recap coming to the blog SOON! Continue tracking my calories and work out 30 min, 5 days a week. I did a pretty good job this month. I didn’t lose as much as I wanted to weight wise, but I have a plan for the next two months. I am starting over with PiYo and following the schedule of that as well as attempting to run. The 5K I want to run is next month and I am scared to death. My Beachbody coach has been really encouraging– it’s time to hit it HARD. I know that by sticking to a program, I will see some results, and PiYo is amazing and hard. Date night at least once. Yes! We went out with friends Valentine’s Day and had dinner just the two of us. Deep clean Kenley’s room. Cleaned out her closet, boxed up her clothes that were too small, and rearranged slightly. It is still overrun with toys since it has been so cold lately, but I am pretty sure they will be moving to the basement soon.
Now, for March!
Complete PiYo. I have to do this. I was so frustrating starting it the first time and I really want to get it figured out AND see some results this month! I have 2 months of blank calendars filled out to cross off each day so I can stay on track. It seems to help a lot of the girls in my fitness group!
Train for the 5K. So scared. I’ve never been a runner but I want to be!
Clean out my jewelry armoire. This is something I desperately need to do! My jewelry needs organized and put away neatly so I know what I have!
Date night! We have to be so intentional about this or it doesn’t happen. We have a friend’s wedding coming up, and I am looking forward to that!
